2017 Pet Portrait Contest!

 Help support Whispurring Hope Animal Rescue by bringing in your furry (or feathery!) family member for a portrait session!

During the months of March and April Seeley Photography will be scheduling pet portrait sessions to help benefit Whispurring Hope Animal Rescue.

Instead of charging a session fee, we will be providing a COMPLIMENTARY pet portrait session in exchange for a donation to Whispurring Hope Animal Rescue ($20 minimum).

You can bring the donation to your session, or if you wish, you can make a donation online at their website here: http://whispurringhoperescue.weebly.com/ and bring a copy of the receipt to your session (donation must have been made 2/1/2017 or after).  

In addition Seeley Photography will also be donating 10% of every pet portrait order to Whispurring Hope!


On May 1-5, all of the pets photographed will be entered in the Pet Contest on Facebook. The pet with the most "likes" on their image will win! So get your friends and family to vote for your furry friend!

The Contest:

The Pet Contest will be held on Facebook from May 1-5. Each pet that is photographed will have a picture on the Seeley Photography fan page where all of your friends and family can vote to help your pet win! To vote simply "like" the image of the pet you want to vote for. You must click on the image first and then "like" the image.

The following prizes will be awarded:

The top 12 pets who receive the most votes will represent each month of the 2018 Pet Calendar. All other pets will have smaller images featured throughout the calendar.

Grand Prize: 

* This pet will be featured on the front of the 2018 Calendar as well as one of the months inside the calendar
* $500 Seeley Photography Gift Certificate to use towards a future session
* $50 Gift Certificate to your favorite restaurant

2nd Place: 

* $200 Seeley Photography Gift Certificate to use towards a future session.

Portrait and Contest Rules: 

1. The contest will be held on Facebook from May 1-5. The contest will end at 6:00pm CST on May 5th, 2017.

2. The pet whose image receives the most "likes" will win. You must click on the image of the pet you want to vote for and then "like" the image.

3. Each owner will pick out the image of their pet that they want entered in the contest.

4. For each pet session, at least a $20 donation must be made to Whispurring Hope Animal Rescue. Of course, you are welcome to donate as much as you want!

The 2017 Pet Calendars are now ready for pre-purchase! Calendars will be available for pre-purchase until November 1, 2016 and will be shipped November 23, 2016. All profits from the 2017 Pet Calendars will be donated to Whispurring Hope Animal Rescue!

2016 Celebration of Smiles Portraits!

DON’T MISS OUR SPECIAL CELEBRATION OF SMILES PORTRAITS!

 April 11-29 (Monday-Friday) our studio will participate with an elite group of photographers around the country in a very special portrait promotion. 

We will be providing a wonderful opportunity for you to update portraits of your family or children in exchange for a donation of $24 to Operation Smile. 

In doing so, you will help to support Operation Smile, which provides free surgeries for children around the world who suffer with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities.

Along with other members of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), we are offering the gift of a mini portrait session* and one 5x7 portrait in exchange for a $24 donation to PPA Charities, which has chosen Operation Smile as its charitable partner. 

As an additional bonus, we will also be giving away a free gift certificate for a future portrait session for each donation!

For every 10 individuals we photograph, another child will receive the gift of surgery! 

It costs as little as $240 for Operation Smile's medical volunteers to provide a life-saving surgery that can take as little as 45 minutes.
 

One hundred percent of each donation will go to Operation Smile.

We also believe that our Celebration of Smiles Day is a wonderful way to teach children the value of reaching out to others. Even small children can understand the importance of Operation Smile’s work, and they are eager to help these needy children.

We hope you will join with us in helping to make this vital work possible, and we promise to create a portrait that you will treasure.

Sessions will take place outdoors at the Mines of Spain.

Images will be viewed at your own private viewing appointment. You will pick out the image for your free 5x7 portrait and have the opportunity to purchase any additional portraits or products.
